CAN A HERO REALLY DIE?

Bruce Willis
On March 30th, Bruce Willis announced his retirement* (*départ à la retraite) at 67 after a diagnosis of aphasia* (*aphasie),
a language disorder* (*trouble du langage) that robs* (*ici, priver) people of the ability* (*capacité) to communicate.
Fans and filmmakers* (*réalisateur) reacted with shock, grief* (*chagrin) and respect.
Can you understand how hard it must be for an actor to lose his ability to speak?

Hi teacher,
I think I know all the Die Hard films by heart because I have seen them so many times !! I guess I have seen all his movies, at least all his blockbusters...
I feel kind of sad about his retirement for two reasons. First, because Bruce Willis is part of these celebrities you never think they might die one day ! Second, watching him getting old means watching us getting old too... I didn't know about his last movie, so thanks for the trailer. I won't miss his last role !
Have a nice day, hugs and kisses.-
