IT'S SPRING IN EUROPE BUT...
It's autumn in New Zealand* (*la Nouvelle-Zélande) !
Autumn in New Zealand spans* (*s'étend) the months of March, April and May.
In autumn, New Zealand enjoys long, sunny days and golden leaves* (*feuilles dorées).
You can go hiking* (* faire de la randonnée), cycling or kayaking.
The temperatures range* (*varier) from 7 to 21 degrees celsius (45 - 70F* Farenheit).
Whereas* (*alors que) in Europe, it's spring* (* le printemps).
Spring is well-known* (*connu) in the UK for its beautiful meadows* (*prairies) of spring flowers
and blooming* (*en fleur), colourful spring garden and is a great time to visit.
Although* (*bien que) it's not often bitterly cold* (*un froid de canard) like the winter,
it's not quite time for sunglasses and shorts, as spring can be rather* (*assez) wet and windy.
So, don't forget your umbrella!

Yes, spring is here at last ! But as you said, we must still be careful with the temperatures because it's quite cold in the morning ! So don't forget to wear a sweater ! It's so funny to think that while we are entering spring, it's almost wintertime in New Zealand !!
